AMERICA ONLINE PITCH—Chiat/Day
THE CHALLENGE:
• Gather video research on American family computer and Internet usage in support of a new business pitch.
THE APPROACH:
• Conduct in-home interviews with families across the country.
• Discuss and observe how the computer was becoming the portal for communication and information and observe the differences between each family member’s computer and Internet usage.
THE RESULTS:
• Our video footage provided an intimate look at the emerging role of the World Wide Web in lives of families across America and explored their ISP allegiance. Chiat/Day was awarded the AOL account.
